million who registered for the National Do Not Call List (DNCL) will have their number there now for 5 years, previously it was only supposed to be 3 years.
Remember a couple months ago when Bruce Cran, President of the Consumers’ Association of Canada, said that the DNCL is “a travesty because the CRTC sells the list online.
