WIND Mobile customers who have the BlackBerry Bold 9900 can now upgrade to OS 7.1. The official version is 7.1.0.267 and you can grab it via the BlackBerry Software update site. This brings various bug fixes and the wireless hotspot feature.
Update: It looks like Both Bell and Virgin Mobile have now made the OS 7.1 upgrade available for the BlackBerry Bold 9900.
