Want to order one of Samsung's new foldables from a Canadian carrier? Here's how much you'll pay.

Samsung unveiled its latest foldables today, including the new, wider Galaxy Z Fold 8, the Z Fold 8 Ultra, and the Z Flip 8.

We detailed the Canadian pricing for these devices earlier today, but if you’re looking to get one of these phones from a Canadian carrier, well, we’ve got you covered. Below, we’ll run through all the carriers that have pre-orders available, what pre-order offers (if any) they have, and pricing.

But before we get into it, a few quick notes. First, many providers charge a higher cost for the phones than buying direct from Samsung. So in most cases, it’s still cheaper to buy from Samsung, but it’s worth calculating the total cost over two years to make sure.

Second, most providers offer the phones with some sort of device return program. These programs go by different names, but all generally work the same: customers pay a lower monthly financing cost if they agree to return the phone after two years. Alternatively, customers can choose to pay the difference to keep the phone, or some providers let customers split the difference over a second two-year contract.

Anyway, here are the carriers, in no particular order:

Freedom Mobile

Freedom is also offering a trade-in bonus of up to $300 when trading in elgible Samsung Galaxy Z, S, or Note devices.

Bell

Bell doesn’t appear to offer any pre-order bonuses with the new Samsung phones. Moreover, the carrier charges a $40 device handling fee when you purchase a phone.

Rogers

Rogers doesn’t appear to have any pre-order bonuses. Like Bell, Rogers also charges a $40 device setup fee, though it also just reduced its shipping fee to $9.

Telus

Telus doesn’t charge a device fee, but it does charge $25 for shipping.

Virgin Plus

At the time of writing, Virgin only listed the Galaxy Z Flip 8 but not Samsung’s other foldables. The Flip 8 is $50/mo financing on a $60/mo plan. Note Virgin also charges the $40 device handling fee.

Koodo

Like parent company Telus, Koodo charges a $25 shipping fee.

Fido

Like parent company Rogers, Fido charges a $40 device setup fee and a $9 shipping fee.
