Best Buy Canada has confirmed that it will be selling the SNES Classic Edition on its website later today.

The electronics retail giant says that “limited quantities” of the miniature retro console will be available on Best Buy.ca at 3pm PT/6pm ET. The SNES Classic retails for $100 CAD and be ordered from Best Buy here.

Nintendo has packed the SNES Classic with 21 pre-loaded games, including Super Mario World, The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past, Final Fantasy III, Super Metroid and the never-before-released Star Fox 2.

Since releasing on September 29th, the SNES Classic has been rather difficult to find, selling out within minutes whenever it’s restocked.

To save time when placing your order, it’s probably a good idea to login to your Best Buy.ca account in advance and make sure your billing and shipping information is up to date. This will save some time when checking out, which is invaluable for a system that sells out quickly.

While the system has certainly been difficult to find, Nintendo does seem to at least somewhat be living up to its promise of “dramatically increased” production of the SNES Classic, following last year’s even more elusive NES Classic.

Best Buy has sold the SNES Classic the previous two weeks, on October 13th and 20th. That said, the console sold out within two or three minutes on both of these days.

The NES Classic, meanwhile, was suddenly discontinued in April, but Nintendo eventually confirmed that it would re-release the system in summer 2018.
