Google’s new Pixel smartphones were announced on October 4th, revealing two premium devices with the price tags to match — $899 CAD for the 5-inch Pixel and $1,049 CAD for the 5.5-inch Pixel XL.
The “Made by Google” branded devices both run Android 7.1 and stock a Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 quad-core chipset, 4GB of RAM, 32GB or 128GB internal storage and a 12.3-megapixel rear camera with f/2.0 aperture.
The Pixel devices are now available for pre-order on the Google Store website, as well as all many Canadian carriers, and will arrive on carrier shelves by October 20th.
Below is a breakdown of the deals on offer, which will be updated as more details become available.
Rogers
Rogers’ pre-order offer became available on October 4th and offers 2GB of bonus data for 12 months, a free Google Chromecast (valued at $45) and a $50 Google Play Store credit that must be redeemed by December 30th, 2016.
The offer is open to new and existing customers who activate the device with a two-year Share Everything plan with a minimum of 5GB of data (6GB in Quebec and Manitoba). The Pixel is $199.99 on a two-year Share Everything Premium+ plan, while the Pixel XL is $349.99. Both come in silver and black.

Telus
Telus’ pre-order offer became available on October 4th and offers a $100 Google Play Store credit. The Pixel is available in silver and black and starts at $200 on a $90 per month or higher two-year plan, while the Pixel XL is $350 and only comes in black.

Koodo
Koodo’s pre-order pages went up on October 4th. A representative of Koodo has indicated to MobileSyrup there is no specific pre-order offer for Telus’ sub-brand. The Pixel is available in silver and black starting at $400 on a Tab Large, while the Pixel XL is $550 on a Tab Large and available only in black.

Bell
Bell is offering the 32GB and 128GB Pixel and Pixel XL in silver and black and as a bonus will a $100 Google Play store credit.

Best Buy Canada
Best Buy Canada’s pre-order offer went up on October 4th, and offers customers who order the device through Rogers, Telus and Bell at the shop a $100 gift card at the time of activation. The Pixel is available in silver and black for $399.99 on select two-year plans, while the Pixel XL is available in black for $549.99. The Pixel XL silver will be available on October 20th, but will not be available for pre-order.

The carrier has stated that the device will be on offer in its stores, but a pre-order page has not yet been put up.
WirelessWave
WirelessWave has confirmed it will stock the Pixel devices, but has not yet put up a pre-order page.
