Some updates on the Playstation Phone… a European Union trademark filing shows the “Xperia Play” name might suggest this is the official name that Sony Ericsson will choose for the anticipated device. In addition, more details have surfaced from a few registered domains “XperiaPlay” (com, net and org) by PR agency Jung Relations (based in Stockholm, Sweden). Even more rumours today as sources informed Pocket-Lint that the Xperia Play will be announced at Mobile World Congress in February but will be available in April: “Sony Ericsson is going big on this one… but although it will get a Feb launch, it won’t be in shops until April”.
