HTC Desire 320 arrives on TELUS for $100 prepaid

TELUS has quietly added a brand new smartphone from HTC to its device lineup. The phone is the HTC Desire 320 and it costs just $100 prepaid. TELUS doesn’t appear to be selling this device on contract.

The Desire 320 is based on a 1.3 GHz quad-core processor with 4.5-inch FWVGA 854×480 pixel display. It’s got 512MB of RAM, 4GB of internal storage, support for MicroSD, a 5MP camera in the back with fixed focus and 1080p video capture. There’s a VGA camera in the front, and the device packs a 2,100 mAh battery that is apparently good for up to 12 hours of talk time or 690 hours of standby over 3G. The device ships with Android 4.4 KitKat with HTC’s Sense UI on top.

Best Buy and Future Shop are also selling the device on Koodo for $99.99.
