The best Boxing Week 2024 deals at Canadian carriers

Boxing Week is upon as and several Canadian carriers and wireless providers have launched deals on phones, plans and more. MobileSyrup has rounded up the best deals so far, but make sure to keep an eye on the website come December 26th as there will likely be even more deals dropping on Boxing Day.

Best Boxing Week plans

Just like with Black Friday, there are really only two providers to talk about when it comes to best plans and then several honourable mentions.

Freedom Mobile and Public Mobile so far have the best overall plans, with some minor differences. Both have $35/50GB, $45/75GB and $55/100GB plans with 5G data and Canada/U.S./Mexico roaming built in. The main differences are that Freedom’s prices include a $5/mo autopay discount and $5/mo credit for 18 months.

Also of note, Freedom is currently offering an additional $10/mo discount on the 75GB and 100GB plans for six months, temporarily lowering the prices to $35/mo and $45/mo, respectively. This is for bring-your-own-phone customers. But for customers looking to get a phone, Freedom’s lower plan prices and generally cheaper phone costs often work out to bigger savings compared to the Big Three.
