The Sony Xperia Tablet S is now available to pre-order in Canada. This can be yours from $399.99 for the 16GB version, or $499.99 for the 32GB. In addition, this Android tablet will ship with Ice Cream Sandwich but will be upgrade to OS 4.1 Jelly Bean “soon.” There’s also a bunch of accessories, such as leather covers, charging cradle, docking stand, tablet stand, and a screen protector. Finally, the estimated shipping date is set for September 6th, so you’ll probably get it on the 7th.
