Rogers will have a leg up in releasing the Sony Xperia ion in Canada, then other LTE-capable carriers will follow. The launch date must be getting close as accessories have started to show up at Rogers locations. There’s still no word on a price point, however, AT&T in the States will start selling the ion on July 24th for $99.99 on a 2-year, and $549.99 outright… so Rogers will most likely have similar pricing for this Android 4.0 device, but on a 3-year term.
