There was no doubt that Bell would be releasing their Windows Phone 7 device – the LG Optimus Quantum – on November 8th. A few weeks back Bell put up their “coming soon” page but it was always known because Microsoft Canada’s Greg Milligan stated “we’re launching here in Canada at the same time as the U.S. This will be a simultaneous North America launch”. This will be available for $449.95 no-contract and $99.95 on a 3-year.
As for specs: It’s a slider with a full 4-row QWERTY keyboard, 3.5-inch touchscreen (480×800), a 1GHz Snapdragon processor, 5 megapixel camera, LED and records 720p videos, 3.5 mm headset jack, 16GB internal storage, 1500 mAh battery, WiFi and weighs a hefty 176 grams.
We have a quick video of the LG Optimus Quantum in action, check it out here.
