We’re not sure what’s going on with the upcoming Bell LG Rumour Plus. It was first scheduled to have a release date of August 11th, then due to “manufacturing problems” it was delayed until August 27th. However, it seems this messaging device that heavily targeted to students is not getting a passing grade. Once again the release date has been pushed back… this time to a distant September 15th.
