We let you know a few weeks ago that Rogers was going to release a new app for the iPhone called “Rogers Navigator”. This app is now available for download in the App Store and it’s powered by TeleNav. The Rogers Navigator is described as an app that “turns your iPhone into a real-time GPS navigation device that takes you directly where you want to go. Unlike other map products, it gives you voice-guided turn-by-turn directions on the road, and re-routes you on the fly if you make a wrong turn.”
Some of the other features of the app are: Enter addresses or commands by speaking them, Real time traffic alerts
One touch reroute, 2D or 3D maps, Business finder, Integration with address books, Listen to music while navigating, Works with Bluetooth, day and night modes, pre-plan trips online at rogers.telenav.com.
Rogers states that a $4.99 monthly charge will appear on your bill. Here are some screenshots and you can find this in the App Store by searching “Rogers Navigator”
