Bell flanker brand Virgin Plus updated its plans with new, slightly cheaper pricing that brings costs back to Black Friday levels.
The main change is the addition of an additional $10/mo credit on select plans. This credit is in addition to the $10/mo automatic payments credit applied to all Virgin Plus plans.
Here are the plans:
- $40/50GB 4G (includes $10/mo credit) – previously $50/50GB.
- $45/10GB + 10GB bonus data – unchanged.
- $45/60GB + 10GB bonus data (includes $10/mo credit) – previously $55.

Virgin Plus plans as of Dec. 11, 2025.
The above plans also included unlimited Canada-wide calling and texting, unlimited international texting (sent from Canada), and data speeds of up to 150Mbps. Virgin also offers other standard plan features like hotspot, call display, voicemail, call waiting, conference calling, and more.
Update Dec. 12, 2025, at 11:54 a.m. ET: Koodo and Fido matched Virgin’s plans with their own $40/50GB and $45/70GB plans. The rest of this story continues below.
Freedom Mobile still holds the value crown with its $39/60GB (Update: now 70GB) 5G Canada/U.S./Mexico plan. Public Mobile is close behind with its own $40/60GB 5G Canada/U.S./Mexico plan.
Still, $40/50GB isn’t bad, and if Public or Freedom won’t work for you, Virgin’s plans are decent alternatives.
