During Black Friday, Rogers started offering a 25GB data bonus on its $85/mo ‘Popular’ plan. That deal ended on December 1, but now it’s back alongside some other benefits.
First and foremost, the 25GB data bonus on the ‘Popular’ plan brings it up from 175GB to 200GB of data. Rogers’ website notes that the plan includes 5G and 5G+ access, with data speeds of up to 1Gbps for the 200GB allotment. Beyond the 200GB, customers can continue using data at throttled speeds of up to 512Kbps. The website doesn’t note an end date for the promotion this time around.
The $85/mo ‘Popular’ plan also includes unlimited talk, text, and data use in Canada and the U.S., unlimited international texting, unlimited international calls to 27 countries, and more.

Rogers also added a few new perks to the ‘Popular’ plan and its other plans. First up, all of Rogers’ plans now include three months of free Citytv+. This offer is available until Jan. 12, and customers can redeem it via a promo code that will be sent after activation. Citytv+ is regularly $9.99/mo.
The other new bonus Rogers is offering is 12 months of free Uber One. This bonus is only available on the $85/mo ‘Popular’ and $105/mo ‘Ultimate’ plans. Uber One is regularly $9.99/mo.
