Elon’s lawyer says Musk doesn’t use a computer

...it seems like he's lyingggg

Elon Musk is suing OpenAI for not fulfilling its public mandate of developing AI for the benefit of humanity. The case has been developing since early 2024, but it’s now being held up over allegations that Musk did not comply with the discovery process.

The Telsa/X CEO has given up his smartphone so that the judge and lawyers can go over it, but he never submitted a computer. When he was called out on it, his lawyer said that Musk “does not use a computer,” according to Wired.

However, Wired took that as a challenge and found many posts on X where Musk references his computer. Taking it further, employees at X who worked with Musk told the publication that while he usually works from a phone, he has been seen with a laptop from time to time.

One of the posts on X states, “this is a pic of my laptop. It’s about 3 years old.” This is from December 30, 2024. He also streamed Diablo 4 from a plane while testing Starlink at one point and claimed he was on a laptop then, too. In the spring of 2025, he also responded to a fan mentioning that he was still using his old laptop.
