Bell has launched a new smartphone brand called Ahlo.
The carrier says the phone has been designed in Canada with “value-conscious users” in mind. That said, it’s likely assembled in other parts of the world. So far, Bell hasn’t shared the phone’s manufacturer.

The phone is now available for $270 outright or $1 per month at Bell or Virgin Plus (for a limited time). You can also buy it through various Canadian retailers, but this deal price appears to be locked to Bell/Virgin’s network.

- 6.58” FHD+ display
- 50-megapixel quad camera
- 5,000mAh battery
- 5G connectivity
- Fingerprint scanner
- Android 14 OS
- USB-C connectivity (cable included)
- 24-month warranty
A retailer’s site also states that the phone has 4GB RAM and runs on Samsung Exynos 1330 Octa-core processor, but Bell itself hasn’t confirmed this.
The Ahlo phone will be available through Bell and its Virgin Plus flanker bland, as well as the following retailers:
