Southern Ontario and Quebec were hit by a huge snowstorm over the long weekend, and people have been sharing a hilarious video of a Tesla Cybertruck stuck in the snow.
It’s unclear if the truck is stuck after trying to park on the side of the road or if it was driving and got bogged down. An Instagram account called La Vie Au Quebec posted that the truck was stuck in the French province, and the Jean Coutu and Hanna’s Hut in the background suggests that this was in Montreal.
While the video showcases the super heavy truck’s inability to navigate Canadian slush, it’s also a fun showcase for the giant wiper, which seems to be doing a pretty subpar job of keeping that window clear.
This sent me down a rabbit hole to see if it’s common for Cybertrucks to get stuck in the snow. After a quick Google, it was clear that there’s a whole cottage industry built on making fun of stuck Cybertrucks. There’s even a Reddit community called r/CyberStuck that chronicles all the stuck trucks. But automotive blog The Drive defended stuck Cybertrucks, blaming the frequent occurrence on the tire choices of a lot of owners.
