Cineplex has opened its latest Playdium at CF Fairview Mall in Toronto.
Notably, Fairview is the first location to have both a Cineplex theatre and a Playdium entertainment centre under the same roof. The 19,000 sq ft Playdium features more than 60 amusement games, including racing, VR, and bowling, as well as various food and beverage options and private rooms for birthday parties and other events.
To celebrate the grand opening, Cineplex is running a promotion until February 3rd in which you can buy $100 in gaming credits and get $30 in bonus credits.
This is the fourth Playdium in Canada, following those in Whitby and Brampton, Ontario and Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. The long-running Playdium location across from Square One in Mississauga closed in 2020 amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
