In the spirit of the coming New Year, Spotify is reducing the price of its Premium music streaming tier to just $0.99 per month for three months.
New Spotify users have until December 31st, 2017 to take advantage of the company’s offer. It’s unavailable to users who have already tried Premium. It’s also not available to residents of Quebec. The full list of terms can be found on Spotify’s website.
After three months, the price of the monthly subscription returns to $9.99 per month. So, in the end, those that can take advantage of this offer will save $27 over the course of a one-year subscription.
A Premium subscription allows Spotify users to listen to any song on the service without listening to ads in between songs. Users can also skip tracks and download their entire library to a mobile device, like a smartphone, allowing them to access their library even when they don’t have internet access.
