Complete OnePlus 5T specs revealed in new leak

  • Waqqas Khokhar

If the features work as advertised (along with the dual-LTE SIM slots), this may be good enough to sway me away from my Galaxy S7 edge. But only time (and reviews) will tell…

    • Arman

S7 Edge still has a much better camera. Software experience is definitely better with OP5T.

    • Zac Monchamp

If you have the Exyonos(Canadian/Global) version of the S7 Edge, you can have dual sims. You just have to modify the second sim but it’s fully functional IIRC.

    • Waqqas Khokhar

That is quite intriguing, but I’m guessing both SIMs will not be [simultaneously] LTE-capable? What about the software-side of things? Will the phone automatically recognize a second SIM card and enable all the related settings, options and what not?

    • Zac Monchamp

I’m honestly not to sure about simultaneous use of the Sims but as far as I know the phone detects the second sim and let’s you switch to and from it with support built into the ROM.

I’ve never had to use a second sim, so it was information put to the side for if I did.

    That battery capacity. Woof.

  • samsvoc

Bye bye pixel 2 XL……. Maybe

  • FlamesFan89

This is looking like a very compelling phone. It seems to check all the boxes from a specs standpoint. It will be interesting to see reviews on the camera performance, and battery life.

    • Elky64

It does and we are eager to see the reviews to – already found our calling though so maybe next time, but still interested.

  • The Blade

    No OIS, no care.

  • Mohamed Abdourahman

If its not daydream compatible then no dice.

  • Brad Fortin

No OIS on any camera? No water resistance, not even the Pixel’s IP53? No stereo speakers? No SD card slot? No USB-PD? No wireless charging? Only 1080p? Slow motion caps out at 720p 120fps like an iPhone 5? Records 4K but can’t record HEVC? No HDR support? Only 3300 mAh?

At least it has a headphone jack, though.
