Motorola to announce new phone on June 1st

Motorola has revealed that it will announce its next phone on June 1st.

The announcement was made via the company’s official Twitter account.

It’s currently unclear what this phone might be. It may be part of the nine new phones that Motorola is reportedly set to unveil by the end of 2017.

Its most recent release, the Moto G5, came out in April. MobileSyrup‘s review noted that the phone is a solid affordably priced device.

Update: In an initial tweet, Motorola said it would “release” a new phone on June 1st. The company has since issued a follow-up tweet that notes the company will “announce” a new device on June 1st. We’ve update the article to reflect the new information.
