Sense 7.0 tipped to arrive in May for select 2014 HTC smartphones

HTC previously noted that the upgrade to Android 5.0 Lollipop would come before February 1st, 2015. An internal TELUS document last week showed the update is on track and should be available to download “in the next few weeks.”

Early rumours suggested the Lollipop update for the HTC One M8 and HTC One M7 would also bring HTC’s upcoming Sense 7.0, however reputable Android developer @LlabTooFeR stated on Twitter that Sense 6.0 will still be present. LlabTooFeR also wrote that Sense 7.0 will first arrive on the rumoured HTC Hima, which is expected in March, then see select 2014 HTC devices receive 7.0 in May or June.
