Apple’s latest smartphones, the iPhone 6 and iPhone Plus, are now available for Canadians to pre-order. Both versions are available in silver, gold and Space Grey, with the no-term pricing starting at $749 and $849 respectively for the base 4.7-inch 16GB iPhone 6 and 5.5-inch 16GB iPhone 6 Plus.

Apple’s technical challenges with their website and also the official Apple Store app seem to be over as pre-orders are now live. In addition, Apple’s “Reserve and Pick Up” is also available to Canadians for both iPhones to be pre-ordered and picked up at a local Apple Store on launch day. There is a carrier option, which lists Bell, Fido, Rogers, TELUS and Virgin.
However, TELUS is live with the following 2-year contract prices below, offering “1-3 business days for delivery.” Rogers has also gone live, but showing the price coming in $0.01 cheaper than what’s listed below. Regional carrier SaskTel is also showing the iPhone 6 is available to pre-order, but unfortunately the iPhone 6 Plus “is currently not available.” Official release day is September 19th.
Update: Quebec-based Videotron has confirmed that they will be joining the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus rush. On Twitter, Videotron stated that “Phone 6 & iPhone 6 Plus will be coming to Videotron on Sept 19 for pre-order & launch on Sept 26.” The company has also gone live with pre-registration.
Update #2: Apart from the current list of retailers, Walmart is also taking pre-orders for the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus.
Update #3: Regional Manitoba carrier MTS announced today they will be launching the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus. Pre-orders will go live on September 19th. The iPhone 6 will be available starting at CA$265 for the 16GB model and iPhone 6 Plus will be available starting at CA$375 for the 16GB model.

Bell and Virgin Mobile are now live with iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus pre-orders. The costs are similar than the above pricing, but $5 cheaper on all versions. Bell notes that “We are experiencing very strong demand and cannot guarantee your delivery for September 19th. We expect to receive weekly shipments from Apple. Please note, it could take up to four weeks for delivery.”
