Tuesday October 4th has finally arrived – it’s “Let’s talk iPhone” day. Apple enthusiasts and non-Apple enthusiasts have been anticipating this day for a long time. Apple’s big media event will be taking place at 10:00am PST today, 1:00pm EST.
Tons of rumours have surfaced over the past few months of what the next generation iPhone would include: bigger 4.5-inch display, 4.2-inch display, 3.7-inch display, Gorilla Glass on both the front and back, new placement for the antenna, faster dual-core A5 processor, lighter, thinner, no home button, bigger home button, aluminum backing, teardrop design, same design as the iPhone 4, NFC, no NFC, iOS 5, 8 megapixel camera, additional voice controls, and for the name to be called the iPhone HD, iPhone 5, iPhone 4S, more RAM… regardless of all the rumours, it’s been 16-months in the making an everything will show itself within the next few hours (hopefully before).
