A week ago invitations went out to press/bloggers to let them know that the “next major release of Windows Phone” will be previewed on May 24th in New York City. This is only a “preview” event but the good news for us Canadians is that Microsoft will be showing the Windows Phone love on the same date in Toronto. No word on when the software update will be pushed out but this is expected to be the anticipated “Mango” upgrade which will bring better multi-tasking, IE9 & Twitter integration.
Hopefully there will be new devices there too.
