Samsung is set to unveil another Galaxy Tab at the upcoming CTIA conference in Orlando on March 22nd. Rumours were going around last week about Samsung releasing an 8.9-inch tablet and their “What’s your Tab life?” teaser to the event confirms it with the series of numbers is 78910. Samsung already has a 7-inch Galaxy Tab and just announced a 10.1 inch Tab at the Mobile World Congress… so this has 8 and 9 remaining which points towards the upcoming 8.9-inch Galaxy Tab. Also you’ll notice on the lower right hand side that this looks to be shipping with Android OS 3.0 Honeycomb.
Reading over an interview in the Financial Post last week with Paul Brennan, VP of Wireless Communications for Samsung Canada confirms that an 8.9-inch tablet is coming – hopefully landing soon on Canadian soil.
