Calgary-based Multiplied Media, developers of the free app Poynt, has a new beta version of their app available. In this release it gives the user instant weather forecast and gas prices. All you have to do to get the weather is launch the Poynt app and the background will reflect the current temperature. For the gas prices, unfortunately this is not available in Canada yet but when it is you’ll be able to get the latest local gas prices that are in your area.
