As promised, Rogers has released the smaller version of the HTC One, appropriately called the One Mini. This mid-range Android has an upgrade path that will see OS 4.4 KitKat arrive within 90 days, but for the time being runs 4.2.2 Jelly Bean.
The LTE-enabled One Mini has with a 720p 4.3-inch display, a 1.4GHz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, 16GB of storage (no microSD card), Sense 5.0, a 4MP UltraPixel camera and a 1.6MP front-facing, packed with a 1,800mAH non-removable battery.
Rogers has priced the One Mini at $399.99 on a month-to-month plan, or $99.99 on a 2-year. We’ll probably see this price dropped in a few weeks for the upcoming big holiday push.
