Montréal International Game Summit comes to Québec next week

One of the few business-focused video games conferences in Canada returns to Montréal in November

Montreal International Game Summit (MIGS)

Montréal International Game Summit, known to many as simply MIGS, is the largest and longest-running business-to-business video games conference in Canada. In 2025, MIGS is set to take place on November 11-12, bringing together developers, studios, publishers, service providers, and players at Grand Quay of Montréal.

Organized by XP Gaming and La Guilde du jeu vidéo du Québec, MIGS has a lofty goal to facilitate new partnerships, drive industry growth at home and abroad, and promote the Canadian video games industry to the world.

This year, the focus is on exploring the craft of game development and the business strategies that drive it to help studios “build stronger teams, refine production, and create games that stand out.” Speakers from big-name studios and publishers the likes of Ubisoft, Epic Games, Behaviour Interactive, Sandfall Interactive, and more, will share their expertise and experience with an expected audience of over 2500 industry professionals and fans. The MIGS25 program schedule is now live.

The conference is open to all regardless of industry affiliation. In addition to industry and VIP passes, content and student passes are available, which offer full access to expert sessions, the Innovation Expo, and the MIGS Indie Zone.
