Apple has added four new Canadian credit unions to its mobile payments platform.
Starting this week, iPhone users with Interac debit cards from Assiniboine Credit Union, Cambrian Credit Union Limited, Steinbach Credit Union and Vancity can use Apple Pay for mobile payments.
Of the four credit unions, Cambrian is the only one to officially acknowledge that it has started supporting Apple Pay.
On Apple’s website, however, all four are listed as official Apple Pay partners.
