How to tune in to tonight’s Game Awards

Every year, Canadian journalist Geoff Keighley brings us The Game Awards, a ceremony honouring some of the best titles that the video game industry has to offer.

As with previous shows, tonight’s event will take place at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles at 5:30pm PT/8:30pm ET.

The full list of nominees can be found here, recognizing the likes of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, Persona 5 and Super Mario Odyssey, as well as great Canadian-made games like Cuphead and Assassin’s Creed: Origins.

However, in addition to celebrating the wide-ranging talent of the video game industry, The Game Awards are also packed with world exclusive new trailers for upcoming games from a variety of major publishers. Previous years have revealed new gameplay trailers for the likes of Breath of the Wild, Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End and Quantum Break, just to name a few.
