For the first time in Canada and the U.S., Twitter will offer a free live-stream of a boxing match. The social media giant announced a partnership with Showtime to live-stream four-division world champion Adrien Broner’s fight against Adrian Granados on Saturday, February 18th at 9pm E.T.

Twitter users can watch the match at showtimeboxing.twitter.com, under the “Explore” tab and on the ShowtimeBoxing page.

“With this unprecedented live stream on Twitter, we have the opportunity to reach boxing fans and casual observers everywhere with the industry-leading boxing programming we deliver to our subscribers on a consistent basis,” said Stephen Espinoza, executive vice-president and general manager of Showtime Sports.

“Twitter is where fans go to for live conversations about boxing,” added Anthony Noto, COO at Twitter. “Our collaboration with Showtime Sports will provide fans access to the live video stream of Saturday night’s best-in-class championship boxing coverage and the live conversation all on one screen.”

Showtime is otherwise only available as a premium American network. Canadians are able to watch their programming, which includes shows like Homeland and Ray Donovan, via Bell’s CraveTV streaming service.
