With most high school and university students set to return to school in almost one month’s time (sigh, I know, students), Google has discounted two of its hardware products as part of a new back-to-school promotion.
Starting today and ending on August 1st, the Huawei Watch, normally priced to start at $499, is discounted to $439 after a $60 rebate.
Also discounted is the Nexus 6P. Canadian consumers can get $100 dollars off its $699 starting price, making Google’s 2015 flagship $599 before tax and shipping. This is one of the few times Google has reduced the price of the 6P on its own e-commerce store.
Consumers don’t need to prove they’re students to take advantage of the deals. Note, however, that discounts are applied at checkout.
