Several Canadian carriers have already updated their version of the Note 4 and Note 5 to Marshmallow.
Rogers customers, however, have been patiently waiting to get an upgrade notification to on their device. According to the company’s own website, those with one of Samsung’s recent phablets will have to wait at least another week before they get the latest version of Google’s mobile operating system.
Rogers does state on its OS update schedule page that, “Making sure these dates are accurate is our top priority. Sometimes, things change beyond our control; so all dates listed are subject to change. Thanks for understanding.”
Marshmallow 6.0.1 will be available on Note 4 and Note edge on May 30, while the Note 5 is expected to get the update the next day.
