Rogers to release the Moto X Play this month

The Moto X Play is coming to Rogers in November. The device, which launched in August on Bell, Telus, Koodo, SaskTel, Wind Mobile and Videotron, has gained a reputation as one of the best value smartphones around.

The Moto X Play will be the first flagship Motorola smartphone available at Rogers since the carrier launched the original Moto X in 2013. Both Rogers and Fido sold variants of the Moto G.

It’s unclear what price the Moto X Play will debut at on Rogers, but it’s likely to be in the $50 range on contract, and around $420 outright.
