Starting today, the Surface Pro 4 as well as the company’s impressive Surface Book are available for order on the Canadian Microsoft Store.
Surface Book pricing is as follows:
- 8GB RAM / 128GB SSD, Core i5 = $1,949
- 8GB RAM / 256GB SSD, Core i5 = $2,199
- 8GB RAM / 256GB SSD, C0re i5, dedicated GPU = $2,449
- 8GB RAM / 256GB SSD Core i7, dedicated GPU = $2,799
- 16GB RAM / 512GB SSD, Core i7 = $3,499
None of the Surface Books are shipping before the end of November, but some models should be available in-store throughout the country.
Here are the Surface Pro 4’s price points:
- 4GB RAM /128GB SSD, Core m3 = $1,179
- 4GB RAM /128GB SSD, Core i5 = $1,279
- 8GB RAM /256GB SSD Core i5 = $1,679
- 8GB RAM /256GB SSD, Core i7 = $2,099
- 16GB RAM / 256GB SSD, Core i7 = $2,349
- 16GB RAM / 512GB SSD, Core i7 = $2,899
Some of the cheaper Surface Pro 4 models are available to purchase today, both online and in-store, but some of them are unavailable. Microsoft says these orders will be fulfilled as soon as possible.
The company says the Surface Pro 4 measures in at 8.4mm, features a 12.3-inch display, 6th generation Intel Core “i” processors, and that it’s also 30 percent more powerful compared to its predecessor, the Surface Pro 3.
Microsoft’s Surface Book sports a 6th generation Intel Core i5 or i7 processor, up to 12 hours of battery life, a detachable screen and an optional GPU located in the laptop/tablet’s keyboard.
The Surface Pro 4 Type Cover (which is also compatible with the Surface 3), is priced at $169.99 and is available in black, blue, bright blue, red and teal.
