Google released its HDMI dongle in Canada March of 2014 for $39. While the price has been stable since launching, Google has offered up various promos such as including a $20 Google Play gift card.
For those interested in saving a few bucks, Google has now discounted Chromecast for the holiday season and can be purchased for $10 cheaper. This price is available via Google Play and Amazon Canada until December 31st.
Chromecast allows users to stream music, video and photos to your TV from an Android or iOS device, along with Windows or OS X with a Chrome extension.
