BlackBerry Passport in White now available to pre-order, expected to ship December 7th [Update]

The BlackBerry Passport in white has been missing in action since the company announced the 3-row QWERTY back in September.

Even though CEO John Chen touted the Passport will be released in red in the coming weeks, BlackBerry has now updated its site for customers to pre-order a festive white for $699 (CDN). The specs of the flagship are the same — including its 4.5-inch square touch display. BlackBerry notes that “Shipping expected to start December 7th.”

Update: Seems like the Passport in White is in hot demand. According to ShopBlackBerry, the white version is currently “Out Of Stock” with no indication of when additional inventory will be available.
