Apple will hold an event to launch its latest iPads on October 16th, according to Re/code. The company was rumoured to hold the event the following Tuesday, October 21st, but a mid-month timeframe gives them ample time to get product into market before the holidays.
Along with two new iPads, which will reportedly be available for the first time in gold, Apple will release OS X Yosemite, detail Continuity and Apple Pay, and perhaps release new iMacs.
The event will reportedly be held at the smaller-than-Flint-Center Town Hall Auditorium in Cupertino.
