Fitbit is finally bringing synchronization compatibility to more Android phones (and tablets). While the company recently launched an open beta for early adopters, the mainline Fitbit app for Android has been updated with sync support for Nexus 4, Nexus 5, Nexus 7, Moto X (Android 4.4+), HTC One (Android 4.3), LG G2, and the Galaxy Note 3.
The company has also improved sync stability on older Samsung devices like the Galaxy S3 and Note 2.
The Fitbit Force was one of our favourite tech products of the year, and now that it works with more Android devices, it may be a good Christmas present.
