Sony will be launching their flagship Xperia Z in the coming days, but before this we’ll see the Xperia SP arrive. This entry-level Android will be coming to Rogers and Fido, plus we’ve been informed that Virgin Mobile will also bring this to their customers.
The LTE-enabled Xperia SP runs Android OS 4.1.2, has a 4.6-inch 720p display, 1.7 GHz dual-core processor, 1GB RAM and 8GB internal storage, 8MP camera and will come in black, plus sports a 2300mAh non-removable battery. Stock has already arrived at Virgin Mobile locations and the price is set at $299 outright.
Update: The Sony Xperia SP is now available at Virgin Mobile.
