Who’s looking for an entry-level affordable Android? As expected, Bell has released the HTC One V for free on a 3-year, then ranges upward to $299.95 outright. This is the second HTC device to come with Beats Audio and is powered by OS 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. Very Hero-esque looking, the One V has a unibody design and comes with a 3.7-inch display (resolution of 480 x 800), 5MP camera that captures 720p HD videos, 1GHz processor and Wi-Fi.
