When Rogers declared they’ll release the LTE-enabled Samsung Galaxy S II they listed the device as having a dual-core 1.2GHz processor. This was different to the 1.5GHz dual-core processor that Samsung announced. Even the design of the device was slightly off on the Rogers site, showing a home button vs. four capacitive buttons from the hands-on time we captured. Rogers stated that “device specs have not yet been finalized which may mean some slight cosmetic differences”. Some time has passed and some changes have occurred for this powerhouse device on the LTE dedicated site. Rogers now lists this Android as having a Dual-core 1.5 GHz processor and has changed the image too. Still no insight on a release date or pricing, just that it will be available sometime this Fall.
