LG recently held the finals for the “Canadian Texting Championships” where a select few came to Toronto to compete for the title and be crowned the Canadian Texting Champion…. and win $25,000 and a trip for two to Cancun.
Well Mark “Jervy” Breiva, 17-year old Mississauga resident, takes the belt as he out texted the other competitors. He answered some questions and gave some classy answers:
Favorite Texting Acronyms: “I don’t like acronyms, I prefer full words”
What was your winning phrase: “My hom is on da dnc flor”
What was your qualifying time: “7.401 seconds”
What was your winning secret: “I don’t really have a secret – I just like texting and usually text using full words. It was pretty easy for me.
What is your training regime for the finals: “I don’t really have a training regime, I just text people like normal.
If you could text your competition, what would you say: “Shut up, because I’m going to win.”
