If you’ve been having issues with Amazon right now, you’re not alone.
Since around 2:30 p.m. ET, more than 20,000 people reported outages on Downdetector. On the site, some people report being unable to sign in or view the correct prices, while others say they’re having trouble checking out and processing payments. This is also said to be affected both Amazon’s website and mobile app.
“Your account is currently unavailable due to a site issue,” reads a message some users are getting. “We expect this to be resolved shortly. Please try again in a few minutes.”
