Notably, since these deals came out, Freedom Mobile has launched refreshed plans with matching prices, and other providers, including Virgin Plus, Koodo, and Fido, have also launched lower-priced plans.
Public Mobile’s latest offer brings a lot more data to some of its plans. These deals are available until March 2, and are pretty solid.

It’s best to compare these plans with what’s available at Freedom Mobile, which is often noted as having some of the best plans.
In comparison, Freedom has $39/70GB Canada/US/Mexico, $40/100GB Canada/US/Mexico and $50/150GB Canada/US/Mexico plans. Surprisingly, for the most part, these Public Mobile deals are comparable to Freedom Mobile, which means they’re pretty solid.
These plans also include 5G speeds, unlimited talk and text, international minutes (250, 500 or 1,000, depending on the plan) and 2 percent back in Public Points.
