Beyoncé fights her haters in 8-bit PC game ‘Lemonade Rage’

Lemonade Rage Beyonce pc game

You can celebrate Beyoncé’s big Grammy performance on Sunday with the 8-bit desktop game “Lemonade Rage,” inspired by the hit “Hold Up” music video.

In Lemonade Rage, you play as a bat-wielding Queen B as she destroys cars, fire hydrants and hair display windows (a reference to the “Becky with the good hair” line from “Sorry”). All the while, you’ll have to avoid Bey’s haters, Illuminati conspiracists and, worst of all, dog poop.

The more damage you cause, the more points you get, which will also speed up the singer’s movement. The game even features an 8-bit version of Hold Up, courtesy of 8-Bit Universe.

A small group of four developers — Joe Laquinte, Justin Au, Line Johnsen, and Colby Spear — made the game after being inspired by the song.

Beyoncé has been a particularly hot topic in the new lately following her recent pregnancy announcement, which has since become the most liked post on Instagram.
