Sundar Pichai, Google’s CEO, revealed today via his official Twitter account that Google’s 2016 I/O developer conference will be held at the Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View, California between May 18th and 20th.

This marks the first time Google has moved I/O from San Francisco since starting it back in 2008. Past Google I/O events saw the reveal of Android 6.0 Marshmallow features, Google Now On Tap and Google Cardboard.
Mountain View is the location of Google’s international headquarters.
