Just like in past years, YouTube Canada has revealed the most popular YouTube videos in Canada, dividing content into a variety categories: top trending videos, top comedy videos, top trending music videos, ads leaderboard and trending trailers.
Top trending videos include an insane plastic ball prank, a train smashing through snow, a 6-foot man in a 6-foot water balloon, and the infamous Dress video.
On the trending music video side of things, Wiz Khalifa’s ‘See You Again’ featuring Charlie Puth grabbed the top spot; ‘Sugar’ by Maroon 5 came in second place; and Major Lazer’s ‘Lean On’ featuring MØ landed in third.
The leading movie trailers unsurprisingly include ‘Star War: The Force Unleashed’; ‘Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice’; and Disney’s ‘Frozen Fever’ trailer.
